can easily craft your own beer at home!
Our 4L 'Pail' Ale Kit is a great place to start. Its contains German speciality malt, locally grown pale malt, a very familiar hops and purpose engineered brewer's yeast. It also has the handful of equipment you probably don't already have in your kitchen like a fermentor and anairlock tube. Its a perfect kit for beginners and also great for the experienced brewer looking to do a quick all-grain batch.

'Pail' Ale
This beer, based on the Pale Ale style, is a good place to begin if you're starting out.
It's a light, delicious session beer based on the Pale Ale style. It's fairly dry, but with a full mouthfeel and a very subtle biscuit aftertaste with a possible slight hint of caramel. It’s slightly more bitter than commercial beer, with a citrus/red-berry hop, but not overpoweringly so.

'Water Biscuit' SMaSH
This is our 'light' beer made in the Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) style with locally sourced ingredients.
While we encourage you to check out our 'Pail' Ale, if you arent really a fan of the 'fuller' flavours associated with most craft beers, this is a good choice for you! That said, this style aims to highlight the particular choice of hops and grain so your brewing effort will still reward you with something a little more distinctive than your favourite mass-produced beer.
The relative simplicity of SMaSH also makes it a great 'Session Beer' if you're looking for something to enjoy several of (in moderation of course).

'Lockdown' IPA
India Pale Ale (or IPA for short) is one of the signatures of the modern craft brewing revolution. A subset of the Pale Ale, IPA is the single highest selling beer style in many craft beer markets around the world. This is with good reason - it’s delicious.
IPA is typically characterized as having a slightly higher alcohol content balanced by a strong focus on hops. This hops focus creates herbal, citrus or fruity flavors rather than outright bitterness. It makes IPA a great ‘next step’ in your exploration of beer as it fuses tastes you already know with insights into the possibilities of hops. And it does it in something altogether crisp and refreshing.

Coffee Stout
Our 'Coffee' Stout gets its characteristic deep brown colour from an imported dark roasted malt which also imparts a slight nutty and creamy coffee taste. This combines with the fuller, creamier taste of lactose sugar the and the complex bitterness of a blend of 3 different South African hops to give you a cold-cappuccino-of-a-beer.
